By accessing or using the Ošišajme website or mobile apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Ošišajme is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent barbershops, hair salons, and individual barbers ("Salons" or "Barbers") so they can discover businesses and book appointments. Ošišajme is not itself a barbershop, salon, or service provider, the haircut, grooming, and other services booked through the platform are provided solely by the independent Salons and Barbers listed on it.
To book or manage appointments, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law to use the service, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
A booking made through Ošišajme is an agreement directly between you and the Salon or Barber you booked with. Ošišajme facilitates discovery and scheduling but is not a party to that underlying agreement. Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies are generally set by each individual Salon or Barber, please review them before booking. Ošišajme is not responsible for how a Salon or Barber applies its own policies.
Salon and barber owners agree to provide accurate business information, including services, pricing, and availability. To be listed and bookable on the platform, a salon must maintain an active subscription in good standing, processed through Stripe. Salon and barber owners agree to honor bookings made through the platform and to provide services professionally.
Ošišajme uses Stripe to process salon and barber owners' subscription payments for the right to be listed and bookable on the platform; subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current rate unless cancelled. Ošišajme does not currently charge customers anything to browse or book through the platform, customers pay Salons and Barbers directly for the services they receive. A subscription that lapses or fails to renew may result in a salon being delisted, in line with our billing and subscription rules.
You agree not to use Ošišajme to commit fraud or misrepresent yourself, harass or abuse other users (including salon staff or customers), post fake or manipulated reviews, attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees or moderation, scrape or misuse platform data, impersonate another person or business, use another person's account without permission, or otherwise violate applicable law.
Reviews and other content you submit must be honest and based on your genuine experience, and must not be defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant Ošišajme a license to display it as part of the service. We may remove or edit content that violates these terms or applicable law.
Ošišajme acts as a marketplace and technology intermediary. We are not a party to, and do not control the performance of, the haircut, grooming, or other services carried out by independent Salons and Barbers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ošišajme disclaims liability for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Salons and Barbers, and for the acts or omissions of Salons, Barbers, or other users. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may warn, suspend, or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or are the subject of repeated, substantiated complaints, using the platform's existing moderation tools. You may stop using the service at any time. Salon and barber owner accounts may also be suspended for failing to maintain an active subscription or for failing to meet the obligations described above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, given Ošišajme's primary market, without regard to conflict-of-law principles and without limiting any mandatory consumer protections you may be entitled to under the law of your own country of residence.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page, and continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to highlight it, such as through the app or by email.
