Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Osisaj Me mobile application ("App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

About the service

Osisaj Me is a platform that connects clients with barbers for the purpose of booking haircut and grooming appointments. We act as an intermediary — we do not employ barbers directly, and we are not responsible for the quality of services performed by barbers listed on the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Osisaj Me. By using the App, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

  • All information you provide is accurate and up to date

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. Notify us immediately at support@osisajme.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Booking and cancellations

When you book an appointment through Osisaj Me, you enter into a direct agreement with the barber. The following rules apply:

  • Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation notification from the App

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment

  • Repeated no-shows may result in temporary or permanent account suspension

  • Barbers may set their own cancellation and rescheduling policies, which will be shown on their profile

Payments

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. By making a payment, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. All prices shown are in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 48 hours of your appointment if you believe a refund is warranted.

Barber accounts

Barbers who register on Osisaj Me agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their services, pricing, and availability

  • Honor confirmed bookings or provide timely notice of cancellation

  • Maintain professional conduct toward clients

  • Comply with all applicable local laws and licensing requirements for barber services

We reserve the right to remove barber profiles that receive repeated complaints or violate these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or barbers

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App

  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or bans

  • Use the App to solicit off-platform transactions to avoid fees

Reviews and content

Users may leave reviews and ratings for barbers after a completed appointment. You agree that any content you submit is honest, based on genuine experience, and does not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal material. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.

Intellectual property

All content in the Osisaj Me App — including the name, logo, design, and code — is the property of Osisaj Me and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our explicit written permission.

Disclaimer of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Osisaj Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from the use of Osisaj Me shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Serbia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll notify you via the App or email for material changes. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
